We will work to keep your loved one engaged and socially active. From games at home to more elaborate excursions arranged by the Family, our licensed CNAs will accompany your loved one on a full range of ACKtivies.
Mild cleaning, bathing, dressing and using the restroom.
We will happily help remind your loved one when it is time to take their medications according to their physicians instructions.
We are happy to drive your loved one to appointments, Stop & Shop or other basic errands. You must provide the vehicle.
We will provide a bi-weekly family reports via email on your loved one. We will include details on what we have been up to as well as anything we have noticed relating to your loved one's health & wellbeing.
We will help your loved one with any prescribed Physical Therapy regiment that can be done at home. Additionally, we will help your loved one with exercises to maintain, if not improve their mobility and range of motion.
